Co-working

Picture from Tract9 FB

Working from home can be too comfortable and challenging at the same time. Being a freelancer, going out and networking is crucial, and nothing compares to personal interactions. Find me doing that on this picture. :) In the last three weeks, I had the opportunity to be present at a birth of a new place called Tract9 as a Beta Tester. It is located in Liberty Village, a very exciting neighborhood. Formal industrial buildings are being transformed into a living, growing, improving environment. Tract9 is a perfect example to use Facebook (how I found them) and other social media at its best, listen to lectures, share ideas, and help each other. Whoever you meet you learn something new and they learn from you as everybody knows something that you don't. The idea is to create a ripple effect and let startups bloom. Developers meet graphic and UX designers, testers, coaches, accountants, and so on, in a cool inspiring working space. As the slogan says, we host, build and boost the next generation of amazing Toronto ventures. So if anything is possible, isn't this perfect for new entrepreneurs? I am thankful for the team for letting me witness such an exciting new community.
